MY BUILD AFTER THE UPDATE

THE BUILD:

*Light armor 5-1-1:

*5 kagrenack

*3 magnus if you play with stick, 4 if you play with double sword

*3 willpower full spell damage                                                         

*Infused preferably but can mix with divine in spell damage  

*Stick destruction fire magnus

*Heal stick : magnus

*Drink: honey tea the faithful daughter

 *Stone Mundus : apprentice

PERSONNALISATION:

WHAT REALLY CHANGE FOR THE SORCERER AFTER THE UPADTE?

*Reuniting champions points: elemental damage and magical. Well, not so good: the ritual is not interesting anymore, miracle worker now increases dots making the 75 bonus points (exploiter) less accessible, it could increase the dot of entropy, the shape of lightning or drain pvp ( for vampires ) but the dots are so lowspell because of resistance now that we must not linger.

 

*Shields are 15% more in the face but their value was not increased after the update. So spam them as you never did! (Yes if you feel a little something in your anus is normal, tanks are more solid, healers heals themselves better and have a furry dps, and you, you will take more damage with the same shields because you're  too cheat duuude!)

 

*The stick has a better with the overwhelming wave. You will have quick and constant dps and / or a good burst playing with combos. Be warned however, you will lose lots of spell damages (Around 600) It will also have a slot to release, sacred choice!

 

*Farts ... Oh well, wrong traduction sorry, "pets" in French means farts but anyway, it's still crap! Ok let's say the first morph heal well but not need. The second dusk increases damage by 50% on targets that have 50% or more of life, it could have been good if it were our damage but it's only the pet's damage... so fuck it

 

*The preciouuuuuus magicka bomb ( idk how is it called in english, the french word is détonation maybe that could help you ( pvp player will understand i think :D )): The detonation has been amended at the considerable ways targets. the detanation loses 10% damage compared to the older version on the single target. However, each new target yields 10% additional damage and allows maximum targetsfrom 25% to 100% (11 foe (s) = 100%)

 

*Kamikaze costum: really fun to wear, you can scream your god's name before explose in zerg on pvp! a must have!

Informations about spells bars:

The DPS bar stay the same.

 

The bone wall in the support bar is on test, at first sight it looks really good because it allows to return 40% of damage to stamina with the 2sd morph and allow a 3k shield for you and 6k stam shield to ally with synergy, small constraint : the duration (6 seconds and the cost 3,2k stam ).

 

For the third bar, it allows to buff yourself before the fight, spells are the same, it also helps to buff during an escape. You have to know that the third bar is the better better place to introduce the mastery of magic since you can send light attack ultim or crystal fragment some of players are happy to send you back. They will think you penalized when in truth they will give you magic haha ! ( Ultim light of the attack also makes !) So this spell have to be here!

Beside, stick or not stick ?!

Despite increased elemental damage through Points champions,

I 'd say ... not stick! For three reasons:

 

*You will lose between 600 and 700 spell damage!which is huge,

it's about 20% less damage!

*You will seethat stick will makes enemies low life, but the true

is we don't care if they are low life , we want them dead!

So stop the frustrasion, sword is the solution !

*Finally, the only stick spell that you will put in your bar is the

crushing shock or the other morph, in this, spell's damages are

divided into three parts. If the enemy have some resistance,

the based damage having already divided into three elements,

it will not be very effective. omg that translation is so hard to

explain x).

 

 

Just look at this new point placement champion a blessing to make the finish profitable! The attack of the stick ( crushing shock ) will do 6k damage and the finisher 4k ok ... (unless the enemy has 20% of his life ( in this case it's over for him haha ) ) ok , you will lose some DPS if you see it from this angle . But if you play in a double sword you go back about 600 spell damage on all other spells! And believe me, it's better to earn 20% on a crystal fragment or anythink ( on the ultimate too!)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SOooooo in my opinion stick is so so! It make me say that the sorcerer haven't a really magicka weapon exept the heal stick, the dps stick still miss 20% damage!

Just in case...

In case you still prefer to play with stick, here is the list of spells that I would use:

 

No crushing shock , the other morph did some more damage to overcome the lack of DPS , the wizard already has several means of stun : Runic cage, crystal , tp , the stop face to face ( or at worst do a rolling... or dodge!) Overvoltage with morph spell damage ( there ,I hadn't enough points to show you but you understand the madness! )

 

Finally the 3rd bar does not change!

 

Also , notice that the 3rd slot is always used for moving out (tp or form of lightning ), the second serves to shield in defensive bars, and one for all that is delayed ( curse and detonation ) doing match spells between each slot can help you go faster and better identify  them, but it's just my opinion! You do like you want!

What to remember: (With double sword!)

*The apprentice will be your new ally: magic / elemental damage, damage critical hits increased and some penetration (always cool to penetrate the enemy ahah!) We also appreciate the arcane well which gives 3.6k mana to all allies around.

*The atronach: We don't give a fuck!

*The ritual is over, ends the wonderfull thaumarturge's abilitie :(  after test 75 points for test dots (shape of lightning, vampiric drain and entropy) I can assure that you will not do enough damage! Make it to the ben baby ! Eventually put 5 points incase of...

*The steed will give you a bit of resistance! useful if your shield fall quickly! nothing changes!

*The lady will help you, gives you stamina/physical resistance is your shields fall. Elementary defense can be nice too if you shield fall against fire damage!

*The Lord will keep you alive thanks to SpamShield, especially in this metagame where shields take 15% more damage

*The tower will allow you to reduce the cost of spells magicka, of courseee you gonna put some points!

*The lover will give you the regen you need. magicka on first, a bit of stam and why not one or two on health but it's not a must have..

*The shadow is very interesting: the acrobat will make your liberation cheaper and the other passive will decrease the controles's duration! ( very usefull when you don't have stamina, but the acrobat is better and will be helpfull more often.

 

Want to play with stick?

*Atronach, add 30 points to the expertise of the stick which will increase your damage with light or heavy attack

*Lover, add about 30 points in tenacity that will regen a bit of mana for each heavy attack with the stick.
